I was thrilled (and honored) when one of my favorite photographers, Karen Walrond, choose my work to feature as part of her 12 Days of Chookooloonks Holidays Contest.

I had heard a lot about Karen from my girlfriend, Monica, and I was privileged to hear her speak this year at SchipulCon. Karen’s photography, and infectious, passionate spirit, have taken her all over the world. She has definitely inspired me to explore more with my photography. Maybe one day she’ll even teach me how to pick up a real camera. Whaddaya say, Karen? :-)
